Poppet – Pale Ale

Poppit Pale is an easy drinking Australian style pale ale. Brewed using New Zealand malts and US Chinook and Centennial hops, which give you citrus and pine characters. A great summers day beer.

ABV: 4.2%

3 Daughters Red Ale

2017 – Bronze – Sydney Royal Beer & Cider Show

3 Daughters Red Ale- Irish/American style red, chewy malt profile from use of NZ Aurora, Redback and Shepards Delight malt and Australian Topaz , Vic Secret and American Liberty hops which give an earthy, citrus character.

ABV: 5.6%

IBU: 40

Smokin Hot N Dusty – Texas Bock

Smokin Hot N Dusty – Texas Bock – An Australian take on Texan Shiner Bock.  An amber lager pouring a lovely clear caramel brown with a very slight caramel taste using NZ Malt and flaked maize with Centennial hops.

ABV: 4.7%

Black Bones Dark Ale

Black Bones Dark Ale – Triple silver medal winning dark ale. Lightly roasted with hints of chocolate and coffee.

Nice malt body up front. Brewed using NZ and German malts and German Hersbrucker and Northern Brewer hops.

Stook IPA- American style IPA , resiney, floral and bitey . Brewed using NZ malts and Australian Vic Secret and America Centennial and Zythos hops, which give citrus, grapefruit and pine characters.
