Poppet – Pale Ale

An easy drinking Australian style pale ale.  Brewed using Australian malt and hops.  A refreshing beer for our long hot summer days.

ABV: 4.2%

IBU: 18

3 Daughters Red Ale

2017 – Bronze – Sydney Royal Beer & Cider Show

Irish/American style red, tastes of caramel and toffee notes with a slight sweetness following with a subtle edgy bitterness with a great red hue.  Brewed using NZ Pale, Aurora, Redback and Shephards Delight malt and Australian hops which give an earthy and citrus character.

ABV: 5.6%

IBU: 40

Texas Bock

An Aussie take on a Texan classic Shiner Bock, a light amber lager which pairs well with smoked meats, BBQ and jerky.  Brewed using Australian malt and American hops.

ABV: 4.7%

IBU: 30

Hazy Pale

Brewed with pale malt, oats, wheat and chit.  Giving this beer a soft mouth feel with hints of tropical fruit on the nose.  Hopped with galaxy, eclipse and superdelic.

Black Bones Dark Ale

Triple silver medal winning dark ale. A lighter style of dark beer, nicely balanced with tastes of dark chocolate covered with coffee beans.  Brewed using Australian malt and Amercian hops.

Stook IPA- American style IPA , resiney, floral and bitey . Brewed using NZ malts and Australian Vic Secret and America Centennial and Zythos hops, which give citrus, grapefruit and pine characters.

Saison Du Dusty

Saison Du Dusty -French style Farmhouse Pale Ale with hints of pepper and spice coming from the yeast.  Funky on the nose and a very refreshing summer beer.  Use of New Zealand Malt and German Hops.

Gin No. 1

Our handcrafted gin begins with classic juniper berry. Delicate notes of coriander and cardamom, highlighted by the earthy essence of angelica root. Our gin is elevated by the subtle sweetness of liquorice root and a warm embrace of cinnamon. A finishing touch, green tea adds a refreshing twist.

Vodka

Our triple distilled vodka is delicately crafted then carbon filtered. It can be perfectly blended with your favourite mixer or served just over ice.
